Hi! I’m Murray Reynolds, owner of Reynolds Marketing. I’ve been in the marketing business for over 25 years, creating innovative marketing solutions for hundreds of businesses locally and nationally, small and large (read more about Reynolds Marketing here).

We’ve created a simple, quick and easy way to get QR Codes onto your business cards. Why would you want a QR Business Card? Here’s why!

Earth To MurrayQR Codes are one of the most useful new information technologies since the telephone. They’re not a fad, they are something EVERYBODY should be using. Here’s the scoop….

  •  What is a QR code?
    • Short for Quick Response code. A square, 2D bar code containing data that can be read by smart phones with cameras and other bar code scanning devices
  • What kind of data can you put on a QR Code? (Just a few examples)
    • Website URL
    • Contact details
    • A link to your Twitter or Facebook profile
    • Your business details & information site
    • A link to just about anything
  • How do I “Read” a QR Code
    • First you get a FREE app for your smart phone (Android Market, iPhone Store, Blackberry Market), then you use your smart phone’s camera.
      • Apps: There’s lot’s of choices, but we use Barcode Scanner on our Android (also available for iPhone). Some of our clients have reported good iPhone results with Red Laser Scanner. BeeTagg has readers for those and Blackberry too. Go to your smart phones app store, search for one of these, download to your phone, and start reading QR Codes!
